HOW TO GET DELIVERED?
We deliver to the address of your choice in France and worldwide.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Monday to Friday. A change of address can be made the same day before midnight by sending us an email directly.
Please note that no change of delivery address can be made after the tracking number for your order has been created.
Please note that the order preparation time before sending is approximately 24/72h.
The average time to receive your order in Metropolitan France is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Express delivery in France is estimated at 1 to 3 days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of this and indicating the tracking number for your package.
HOW TO TRACK MY SHIPPING?
To track your delivery:
A tracking number is sent to you by email, you can track your package via this number on our site or directly via the carriers' sites.
Follow in detail from our website:

2. You must then enter your tracking number (the tracking number is preceded by a #) then your email address or telephone number.
Once these elements have been completed, your order tracking is displayed.
