Vacuum the surface of your rug regularly. If a thread protrudes from your rug, cut it with scissors. Avoid chemical products that damage the fibers at all costs. If there is a stain, blot it immediately with a damp cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, contact a professional.

Delivery in France is free. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The estimated shipping time is provided as an estimate. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Only products ordered in stock are eligible for returns within 5 business days of receipt, and must be in perfect condition.
